We understand that itineraries can shift. Cancellations or schedule modifications made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time carry zero cancellation charges. For modifications requested within 12 hours of dispatch, we do our best to reallocate the bus or apply only nominal mobilization fees.
